Location great, very clean, excellent pool, entertainment good

Beds could be better

The location is excellent

The room at night when sleeping was to hot couldn't open the windows an the room was dusty

Sea view room, pool, bingo, Happy 3 hours! And evening entertainment. Staff were very friendly and it was in a great location.

It was a little hectic for breakfast but that was only because there were so many people.

I enjoyed the swimming pool

There is an suitable changing area before when you go to the swimming pool and it isn’t clean it is very dirty the floor Dinner and breakfast were okay but not perfect

Not a proper shower but over bath which was hard to stand in and get a constant flow of water that didn’t burn your skin off

We booked a double bed but there was 2 singel beds when we move the beds together there was sheets and papers and rubbish under the beds but id stay again just the cleeners not doing there work thanks you

Noisy radiator all night, bathroom dusty, coffee stained on bathroom door,

The staff where very friendly very chatty so polite The facilities where clean and comfortable the pool was a very nice added bonus very clean and well displayed Me and my husband had a lovely weekend Thank you

If I had to be picky and say anything I would say it was a bit tired but there was nothing else we didn't like.

A great location, nice view and good breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful.

The room was clean but a bit tired looking and the lamps over the bed were a nuisance as you had to watch you didn't bang your head on them. The TV was very small and the volume didn't work on most of the channels. The pool was very disappointing. The changing rooms and the general pool area were not that clean. The water was cold. The lockers were broken. We only visited the pool once as fortunately we found a great public swimming pool just off the promenade. The car park is tiny only about 10 spaces but there is ample parking on the promenade which is free overnight. We couldn't have found a better location but the hotel if over priced for the tired facilities.

Reasonably priced and easily accessible. Pool small but suited the purpose for relaxing (too small to swim laps or any decent length). Quick check in time.

The pool was excellent. Needs a spinner to extract water from swim wear.. Receptionist excellent

First breakfast no one around to advise I sat down with breakfast a gentleman came to tell me [ I.was in his seat I didn't know seats were reserved for coach party. No phone to connect in room with reception

It was good that we were able to put our disabled scooter in a designated area in the hotel.

The evening meals were poor. The lounges looked rather run down.

Beach and Promenade facing. Behind the hotel are an array of places to eat and the Hight St is yards away. Love the location. Staff. Swimming pool and breakfast.

If you are not with a coach trip you have no allocated table, so best to avoid the rush hour of 8:30am (by 9am there is still service but the restaurant is almost empty). I was given a table but I did have to ask a busy member of staff. Buffet English breakfast as well as berry’s/ yoghurt/ museli/ cereals/ grapefruit etc - £10

Staff were young and rude. If we asked fo something it was an effort to get a reply

Breakfast was very good, queue into dinning room was a bit chaotic 1st morning, bedroom was clean but the beds were not comfy at all slopped at one side a king it feel like I was going to roll out. Location was perfect
